Position Description Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for generating and maximizing sales and growth from new and existing food processing companies which use coatings and seasonings from Newly Weds Foods.

Essential Functions:

Pursue new business opportunities with new accounts conducting presentations, business review and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Make sales calls to current customers to promote new products, check inventories, conduct sales meetings and assist with problem resolutions.
Negotiate and manage customer pricing requests and contracts.
Attend all major industry trade shows and conventions Approximately 40% - 60% travel Perform other duties or special projects as needed.
Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
Minimum of three years’ experience. 
Strong communication, analytical abilities, organization skills and general knowledge of Adobe applications, Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes Work Environment:

Position Description The Sales Account Manager for the New York City, New Jersey and PA territories develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase sales of Newly Weds Foods’ products and services.

Essential Functions:

At Del’s, we are hiring an entry level Food Scientist to assist our in-house Research & Development team. This position will report directly to the R&D Manager and will be responsible for the development of our frozen, liquid, and dry beverage products, as well as the quality improvement of our current products (e.g., juice-based syrups, dry mixes, still and carbonated beverages) in accordance with our strict quality standards and industry regulations.

We're Admix, the premier manufacturer of innovative, industrial mixing equipment and we're in search of a Salad Dressing, Mayonnaise, and Sauces Market Manager to join our growing (employee-owned) company! The Salad Dressing, Mayonnaise, and Sauces Market Manager's responsibility will be to expand our market presence in these given industries including other condiments within North America and Europe.

Duties and Responsibilities

Develop an annual sales and marketing plan to address the market to include projected sales targets and resources required to hit the target

Manage the resources, opportunities, and sales channel to meet the sales plan

This requires traveling to end user facilities (in conjunction with sales channel partners if needed) to discuss and review opportunities for our equipment, working with the inside sales team for applications/technical support and for preparing proposals, overseeing field trials of our equipment, and working with the Lab Manager to arrange end user product testing

Work with our service team to make sure that our existing customer base is connected to us and aware of the many services that we offer to keep their equipment in good working order

Work independently or with the Regional Sales Managers as needed to assist in managing, training, communicating with, and mentoring customers and/or the sales channel partners

Participate in rep training schools when requested, as well as full participation in annual team sales meetings

Maintain strong name recognition in the dressing, mayo, and sauces market

This will require active participation in the Association of Dressings and Sauces (ADS) as well as possible trade show participation, working with Marketing to design relevant industry magazine advertising campaigns, putting together the content for newsletters and blogs, and ensuring that our website information is accurate and current specific to this market

Visit end user facilities (in conjunction with sales channel partners where applicable) to explore sales opportunities, perform process audits, commission trial equipment, close sales, and commission new Admix equipment from a process perspective

Be present at Admix when customers within the geographical territory visit for laboratory testing or other activities

Support customers as products and processes change from a process standpoint without becoming a formulation resource

Special Requirements

As this is a technical field position, travel is expected at approximately 40-50% of the time. This will involve identifying potential clients, facilitating new sales, nurturing key existing customers, supporting the sales channel partners, attending trade shows, etc. A complete expense report and a trip report detailing the travel, opportunities, and action items is required for every trip.

Training and Development

Due to the detail and breadth of our product offering, the training period is expected to be at least 4 - 6 weeks. It is extremely critical that this position has a very thorough understanding of the technical aspect of the equipment and can articulate where and how to apply it. It is also important that the manufacturing processes that surround the equipment are understood.
