The Western NY section, Institute of Food Technologists is your host for an afternoon of food technology related activities. The day begins with our "Hot Topics" early afternoon seminar session, your opportunity to get up to speed with new innovations and become more effective at your job.

Over 125 exhibitors will welcome the movers and shakers of the Western NY area food industry at our afternoon Suppliers' Expo. Get product samples, trial formulations and meet some great people! While walking the show floor take part in the Door Prize Game...Attendees, be sure to visit the tables of the participating companies for your chance to win great prizes; Exhibitors, don't miss this chance to attract more visitors to your display!

The day wraps up with our Wind-down reception at the Main Street Gallery of the Hyatt, featuring great food starring entrees from Dinosaur BBQ, a, cash bar and a terrific door prize drawing. Tickets $25 per person.
