In order to be considered for an NEIFT Scholarship
1. You must be
A) a member of the IFT and the NEIFT OR
B) registered on the NEIFT mailing list by December 1/12/ 2024
2. Attending a school or university in the NEIFT section region (ME, NH, VT, MA, RI) and enrolled in a Food Science or related program.
Have submitted all required information by the stated deadline, no exceptions.
Please Note: To ensure fairness to all applicants, the scholarship committee will only consider application materials from the present scholarship period: January 2023 -December 2023. Reference to achievements from before this time period will not be considered. |
Deadlines:
February 9, 2024 -Application and ALL supporting material must be received.
The Scholarship Committee will NOT be chasing you for missing info. Please be sure to follow up with your requests for references and transcripts.
Winners will be announced at our Student Recognition Night in March 2024. Info to follow. |
